In an Edwardian building on Lodge Road, we like to consider our residential care home a ‘Home from Home’. All 33 rooms offer ensuite facilities and there are several comfortable sitting rooms and congenial dining areas.

What we offer at Our Residential Care Home

Independent Living
All our residents are encouraged to live much as they did before they moved to Jobs Close, whether that is popping into Knowle to shop or have a coffee, taking a walk to the park, going out with relatives and friends, or having them visit the Home. Residents are, of course, free to come and go as they please.
24-hour Care
Our staff are available around the clock throughout the year, ensuring that residents feel safe and comfortable while being looked after by the familiar faces of our in-house team, many of whom have been with us for a very long time.

A varied Schedule of Activities
From bingo and happy hour to an alpaca meet and greet, there is always something going on at Jobs Close for those who wish to be involved. Our calendar also features events for the whole family, from festive drinks to summer garden parties.
Rooms with Ensuite Bathrooms
Within our Edwardian building, all rooms have their own en-suite facilities and are refurbished for new residents.

Communal Lounges and Sitting Areas
From watching the sunset over the park to reading a good book or chatting with friends and visitors, we have a range of communal lounges and sitting areas for residents to enjoy.
Panoramic views over Knowle Park
The home is located on Lodge Road in Knowle, Solihull, boasting views of the comings and goings within the park from both the living areas and many of the rooms.
A rotating Seasonal Menu
Residents can enjoy a healthy home-cooked menu of seasonal dishes including hearty cooked breakfasts, comforting British classics, and tempting desserts, made by cooks in our own kitchen. Special dietary requirements are catered for and residents can make their own menu choices.
Unique Facilities
From our charming summer houses to our attractive gardens and our on-site hairdressing salon we have a range of delightful facilities to enjoy.

We prioritise resident health, safety, and wellness. The security of the Home is supported by extensive CCTV coverage of entry points and communal areas. Our dedicated team of carers support the residents, respecting their privacy, dignity and freedom of choice.

Following an enquiry, we will be happy to arrange a tour of the Care Home for the prospective resident and relatives and a meeting with the Home Manager.
